Leeds Conservatoire Piano Competition
Semi-Finals 2024

For the ninth year, we welcome back eight Leeds Conservatoire semi-finalists to compete for £500 and their own prizewinning recital. We have now reached the semi-finals of this year's competition and the contestants have been whittled down to eight. Watch the pianists battle it out head-to-head for this coveted prize. If you would like to spend a Sunday afternoon listening to beautiful classical piano music whilst supporting Leeds upcoming talent, why not come along. This event is open to all.

Each student will play a Prelude by Doreen Carwithen. Other individual chosen repertoire pieces will include include works by Chopin, Liszt, Beethoven and Ginastera
