A 1908, Steinway with a satinwood case, hand-painted with Berainesque decoration featuring arabesques, flowers, urns, swags, bows, musical instruments and plaques with cherubs and reclining ladies. Piano legs and lyre are attached with a sinuous, cross stretcher. Cabinet designed and made by the renowned Waring and Gillow. Piano has an eighty-eight note keyboard and a three-pedal lyre. |
